Quotes with Real-Time Alerts
With a single glance at your screen, TradeStation's Quotes window will show you the activity of the markets you're following in real-time.* You can create and save multiple quote pages with up to 60 columns, including Last Trade, Bid/Ask, Intraday High/Low, $Change, % Change, Volume and more. Plus, with TradeStation's templates, you'll be able to save your favorite column layouts, including color, font and sorting options, so that you can set up new Quotes pages easily. Sort by any column in your quote list, and have all rows dynamically re-sorting in real-time every 5 seconds. You even have the ability to set alerts on any column or symbol, and have TradeStation instantly notify you when a high or low threshold is triggered based on last price, bid, ask or volume target.

Easily insert the symbols in over 100 built-in Industry Groups—plus your own custom symbol lists—into your Quote window. Industry Groups are stored centrally on our servers and include a wide variety of existing Industry Groups and Indexes. You can insert all of the components of a particular index, such as the 30 stocks making up the Dow Jones Industrial Average or the 100 stocks making up the Nasdaq 100 Index. Custom Symbol Lists give you the ability to create and save your own lists of symbols that are important to you.

Hot Lists
Ranking Lists show you which stocks are making big moves with just a glance at your screen, so that you can pinpoint today's biggest winners and losers instantly. Using this window, you're able to view the stocks that have experienced the greatest volume or price spikes—with updates every 30 seconds. You'll be able to follow up-to-the-minute ranked lists for Nasdaq, AMEX and NYSE stocks, revealing the most active stocks and highest gainers or losers, displayed by exchange. You can also choose to see NASDAQ, NYSE and AMEX symbols in a single window, allowing you to see rankings across all exchanges.

To customize your window, you can add drag and drop over 15 columns, view the highest and lowest price gains in percentage or dollar terms, and view volume increases by either trades or dollars.

Color-Coded Time & Sales

  Time and Sales
  View trading history
The Time & Sales window lets you track bids, asks and trades in real-time. It brings you inside the stocks and futures markets you trade by giving you a color-coded view of the bid, ask and trade history for a symbol (including date, time, price, volume, price changes and exchange traded) in real-time and for the 10 prior days. Custom color coding offers you greater ease when scanning historical trade data by offering you the ability to color each trade in the Time & Sales window based on whether it is above the ask, at the ask, between the ask & bid, at the bid or below the bid. And when a data correction (tick insertion, deletion or edit) for a symbol in the Time & Sales window is received, it is automatically applied and reflected in your Time & Sales display.

The window also shows the Time, Type, Price, Size and Condition of each tick. The condition column indicates trades that do not coincide with current trading activity and the condition type is shown to explain why. For example, an “out of sequence” trade may come in that indicates a price higher or lower than the stock is actually trading at. Because this trade is “out of sequence,” the point at which this trade was actually placed is unknown so it is removed from charted data, but will still appear in the Time & Sales window and be flagged as “out of sequence."

Ticker Bar
To help you keep track of the market, TradeStation’s advanced Ticker Bar offers scrolling real-time quotes and news updates. Its inventive, yet simple design allows as many tickers as you’d like to be placed anywhere on the screen. Ticker Hot Lists offer you the ability to create a ticker that displays symbol rankings based on actives (with updates every 30 seconds). It's easy to set up and format your symbols, or even insert major market or sector indexes. Plus, with just a simple right-click of your mouse on any symbol, you can spawn a Chart Analysis, Level II, or any other window for that symbol. A click of the mouse on any news headline displays the full-text story in a pop-up window.
